Who we are

RangoliName is run and sold by Upsurge Labs LLP (LLPIN ACN-6056, GSTIN 29AAIFU7881R1ZU), 2nd & 3rd Floor, No. 13, S T Bed Colony, 80 Feet Main Road, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India. Contact: hello@rangoliname.com.

The product

A kit of 4 reusable rangoli stencils laser-cut from 0.5 mm PET plastic: one 45 × 15 cm stencil with the name you give us, and three 30 × 30 cm pattern stencils (lotus kolam, star chakra, diya). Rangoli powder is not included. Price ₹699 in INR, shipping within India included. Orders are prepaid; there is no cash on delivery.

Payment

Payments are taken on Razorpay's hosted checkout; we never see your card or UPI details. Payments are processed under our billing entity, so the checkout page, receipt and bank statement may show that merchant name (LAUKI) instead of RangoliName.

Proof and making

After payment we email a proof of your 4 stencils, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is cut until you approve it. Changes before approval are free. If we don't hear back within 48 hours of sending the proof, we cut it as submitted. You are responsible for the spelling you submit and approve.

Delivery

Kits are made in 2-3 working days after proof approval and usually delivered in 3-6 working days after that, by courier with tracking. We don't promise a fixed delivery date, including for Diwali.

Refunds and reprints

• Your kit is personalised and made for you, so there are no change-of-mind returns.
• Wrong (different from the proof you approved), misprinted or damaged in transit: email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we reprint it free or refund in full, our choice.
• Cancel any time before you approve the proof: full refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking), usually within 5-7 working days.

Use

Stencils have thin edges; keep them away from small children and open flames, and don't use them as a cutting guide with blades. Store flat.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to make and ship your order: your name, email, phone, delivery address and the text for your stencil. We share it only with our maker and courier to fulfil your order, never sell it, and delete order records within 6 months. Ask us at hello@rangoliname.com to delete your data at any time.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, courts at Bengaluru. Please email us first; we'll sort it out.
